Customers who attend a trade fair in the current times are brave customers in my opinion who have a wish to change something, to look for innovations and inspiration. That essentially means we had a strong and bold audience at this fair.
I think with the way INOVA is currently presenting itself, it will become a firm fixture in the coming years. Lots of new customers coming to the fair for the first time are surprised how informal INOVA is. For us, the conversations we are now having are important and here we have a lot of opportunities to communicate.
We’re a company that has taken up the cause of getting pretty close to the people. Specialist retailing needs partnerships, and you can look after those very well here because the fair is so approachable.
